we picture {this}: Hats

This months photo theme at we picture {this} is "hats". I am entering these two photos that I absolutely love! The first one was taken this afternoon and I'm so pleased with the creamy bokeh that resulted! I am lovin' my 50mm 1.8 lens. The second photo is one you may have seen before but I just love it. My 3....and some photography recognition

I snapped this shot of my kiddos this evening shortly before sunset. I did some post processing to add a little extra warmth.



On a side note, I'm thrilled to let you know that I won the photo contest for the month of april over at we picture {this}. The theme was "daughters" and out of many, many beautiful entries they selected my dandelion photo as their favorite! I'm honored and proud!
