No, I haven't turned into a swashbuckling pirate!! I'm just aggravated with technology...specifically my crusty old laptop! She's old, real old in computer years...yes, my dear little laptop has reached the ripe old age of 4yrs...and she's really showing her age. I've been having some issues with her for quite a while. I actually sent her off to Dell almost a year ago to have some parts replaced after she shut off and refused to turn back on. Now, she's running slow again, always shutting down in the middle of projects, causing me more grief and tears than I care to share. Dell actually called me a few weeks ago for her 4yr check up to see how things were going and after describing the issues I've been having they advised that its time to upgrade her memory. Well, I guess it really is time. Yesterday she shut down while I was working on my beach photos in Photoshop and now Photoshop will not reopen b/c my "harddrive is full"! I know it may be time for a computer upgrade but that's just not in the budget right now. So, for now we will order some more memory and hope that fixes things, at least until the next computer meltdown that is bound to happen in 6 months or so. Today, I leave you with one photo that did get edited. I planned to add a little texture to it but like I said, it was out of my control. I really do love this picture. I wish I could transport myself back in time to the moment I took it, when the sun was warm, the tide was low, and computers were far from my mind....aaaahhhhh, yes!!

  4. Oh, that stinks! What about one of those new notebooks for $199? I am always seeing ads on TV for them. It prob has more memory than your old one and you can run your program off the drive. It might be a better investment than dumping $$ into a dinosaur. :)

    Love the booty pic ;)

  7. Love the photo! I have a question for you. How do you get your images so big? When I put mine up, they aren't as big as I would like them. If you want you can email me: jessicamccarthy0520@gmail.com

    Thanks!!
