Taking a Break....against my will

So today I am blogging live from my parents' computer! Why you ask? Well because my laptop has once again gone on strike. Poor thing managed to catch a virus..or two..or three..or I don't know how many. She is approaching the ripe age of 5yrs and her immune sytem is just not what it used to be..or maybe it's because I've gotten a bit behind on her immunizations and I let her firewall and anti-spyware lapse...oops. Turns out if you buy the stuff after they've caught a bug it's not an instant fix. So, I've dropped my baby off at a techie-friend's house and it may be a while before I get her back...they do have a family and a life ya know. So if you don't see me on here you'll know why. In the meantime I'll be dreaming about my future electronic child. I've heard that this particular breed has really good genes and isn't as prone to getting sick. I guess we shall see about that!
