It's a rarity in these parts. And it's a real treat. Snow. I love it! I was born and raised in Miami so I never saw the wonderful white stuff until I was 11 or 12 while visiting relatives here in NC. It was love at first sight! Now that I live in NC I still don't get to see it that often. We're lucky if we get a dusting once or twice each winter season and over the last several years we haven't gotten that. Last winter we got about 5 or 6 inches and we were so giddy with excitement we didn't know what to do. And now, here it is, December and it's snowing once again...before Christmas, which hardly ever happens! The forcast says to expect anywhere from 4-10 inches depending on what station you watch. I'll believe 10 inches when I see it! HA! I'm just glad my kids get to see it while they are little. Every child needs to experience a snowfall! It's simply magical! Happy Snow Day all!
