Sew Mama Sew

Wednesday, January 7, 2009

Well, many of you may have heard but I have finally made the leap from selling my baby goods on etsy to selling them in a "brick & mortar" store! Emma Janes Baby & Kids has devoted a display at the front of their boutique for my Peanutbutter & Ella baby line of products (and it's not consignment...they pay me outright)! I am very excited but what this means is that I've got to get myself in gear and start crankin' out the goods. So today that's exactly what I've been doing. With the help of my wonderful mom I spent the day washing, drying, ironing, cutting, pinning, and sewing a pile of the most adorable baby blankets! We were busy but it was fun doing it together! She even offered to take some fabric home to cut out pieces to make a bunch of matching bibs and burpies! Looks like I'll be busy tomorrow too!

After all that hard work I treated myself to a few of these delicious goodies (don't worry mom, I'll save a few for you)!
